Who these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of wilbot.link, web chat and its workspaces, the WilBot Discord app, image/media tools, status and support pages, and features connected to those services. By using a feature, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Discord and other platforms have their own terms which also apply.
WilBot is an independent service and is not affiliated with Discord Inc. You must be old enough to use Discord and any selected provider in your location. You need authority to install the bot or change a server where you act as an administrator.
Accounts and conversations
Website chat can be used as a guest or with a connected Discord or Google account, depending on the feature. Keep account access secure and tell us promptly if you believe it has been misused. Do not share credentials or OAuth codes with WilBot staff. You are responsible for the prompts, files, links, and instructions you choose to submit. You can delete a web conversation from its controls; this removes WilBot’s local chat records, but it cannot delete copies already sent to Discord, AI/search providers, or another service.
Web-only conversations and Discord-synced conversations are separate modes. Check the sync indicator before sending. A synced conversation can move content between WilBot web chat and your Discord DM; messages already delivered into Discord are subject to Discord’s own controls and retention.
AI, research, and generated media
WilBot can answer questions, write and explain code, research, translate, analyze files/images, and—where available—generate or edit images, audio, music, or video. Models, limits, costs, availability, and providers can vary by feature and change without notice. A model may stop, fail, or produce incomplete, biased, unsafe, stale, or false output. Treat it as a starting point, not as professional legal, medical, financial, safety, or emergency advice. Independently verify facts, calculations, citations, code, and instructions before relying on them.
You keep any rights you have in your inputs. To operate a requested feature, you give WilBot permission to host, copy, transform, transmit, and process those inputs and outputs as reasonably needed to provide that feature, enforce safety, and maintain the service. This limited service permission does not transfer ownership to WilBot. Rights in AI-generated results depend on applicable law and provider terms; you are responsible for checking your right to upload source material and use or publish results. Do not use output to impersonate someone, infringe rights, or evade safeguards.
Your prompts and relevant conversation context or attachments may be sent to the AI/media provider serving the selected model. Provider terms and handling differ. WilBot does not train its own public foundation model on your chat messages, but this does not promise that every third-party provider excludes requests from its own service improvement or retention. See the Privacy Policy before sending confidential material.
WilBotShop and third-party links
WilBotShop is an information and comparison assistant, not a retailer, marketplace operator, broker, or buyer’s agent. It may search public web indexes and show links/snippets about retailers or public Marketplace pages. It cannot see the complete private or personalised Facebook Marketplace feed, guarantee location/radius, or confirm availability. Prices and snippets can be stale or inaccurate. Verify price, currency, stock, condition, seller, distance, delivery, returns, and safety on the original site before buying. You make purchases and contact sellers directly; WilBot does not place orders, hold funds, negotiate, or verify sellers.
Third-party pages and products are controlled by their respective operators. WilBot is not responsible for their listings, conduct, terms, stock, shipping, safety, or privacy practices. Use care when meeting a marketplace seller and never send WilBot your Facebook password or precise home address.
Discord servers, moderation, and community features
Server owners/admins choose permissions, channels, modules, moderation modes, and staff access. They are responsible for having authority and an appropriate basis to use features with their members, giving any required notice, configuring retention/access, and reviewing consequences. The bot can process message content visible to it and configured for features. Depending on server settings, deterministic filters or AI moderation can flag content or take configured actions such as deleting messages or issuing moderation measures. False positives and missed violations can happen; maintain human review and a route to appeal with the server’s moderators.
Natural-language commands can also configure server settings or initiate actions. Read confirmations, permission summaries, and audit results before approving consequential changes. WilBot cannot bypass Discord permission or role hierarchy controls. We are not responsible for decisions made by server staff or community members.
Acceptable use
You may not use WilBot to violate law or another person’s rights; harass, threaten, stalk, dox, exploit or discriminate; target minors with sexual content; distribute malware; steal credentials; create spam or raids; evade moderation/platform safeguards; scrape accounts or private content; manipulate AI or bots into unauthorised actions; or probe, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service except where law permits or we give written permission. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share. You must follow Discord’s rules and any provider or linked site terms.
We may suspend or restrict access to protect users, a server, WilBot, or a third-party service; respond to abuse, legal obligations, security issues, or material breaches; and remove content within our control. Where reasonable, we will explain the action and provide a way to contact us. These terms do not promise a specific appeal or uninterrupted service.
Plans, units, and gift-card payments
WilBot has free limits and optional higher-limit entitlements, trials, and referral rewards. Current plan descriptions and figures appear on the Plans page and in Discord’s /premium and /usage commands; actual feature-specific limits may differ and can be changed for future use. External model providers may impose separate limits or costs. The website does not currently offer card checkout or automatic recurring billing. Paid access is arranged manually, currently using gift-card submission and review in Discord. Confirm the tier, duration, amount, currency, fulfilment time, and refund/cancellation terms with authorised staff before sending a code. Never post a reusable code publicly or give it to someone who contacted you unexpectedly.
Do not assume a code has been accepted or an entitlement activated until WilBot confirms it. We do not ask for payment-card numbers, bank passwords, or login credentials. The Refund Policy explains how to request help. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights which cannot lawfully be excluded.
Service availability and liability
WilBot depends on Discord, hosting, database, AI, search, and media providers. Features may be delayed, unavailable, changed, rate-limited, or discontinued. We do not guarantee continuous or error-free operation, a particular model, source, response time, result, or retention by a third party. The public status page is informational and may not reflect every user’s experience.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where that is unlawful, including applicable consumer protections and liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability which cannot legally be limited. Subject to that, WilBot is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, or for external services, user content, seller conduct, or server-admin decisions outside the operator’s reasonable control.
Changes and contact
We may update the service or these terms. For material changes, we will update the date and use reasonable notice where practical. Continuing to use a feature after changes take effect means you accept them, except where law requires a different process. If you do not agree, stop using that feature.
