AI Moderation Modes

Use conservative modes first: AI can flag a message for review, but vague scores should not directly timeout someone.

How it works

  1. 1OFF disables AI decisions.
  2. 2MONITOR records signals without taking action.
  3. 3REVIEW sends evidence to staff for a decision.
  4. 4AUTO ACTION should be reserved for clear, repeated violations.
